Apple today announced the iPhone 5, the latest version of its iconic smartphone. The gadget will be the first iPhone to support LTE, and will be sold by Verizon Wireless, AT&T Mobility and Sprint Nextel in the United States. The device will have a larger, 4-inch screen and will run on Apple's updated iOS 6 software.
